Hello and Welcome to Northland Pilates, LLC! If you do not already have sessions booked with Martha, please fill out the Inquiry/Contact Form so we can chat about your goals and availability within NP's schedule.
• Once we have set up your schedule, we'll get you on the calendar for the month!
• All NP sessions are pre-booked prior to the session and are paid by the end of the week.
• Once you secure your weekly NP sessions, they are exclusively reserved for you, month-by-month.
• Please add your sessions to your calendar with automatic weekly reminders.
• Your regular weekly sessions are considered booked unless you notify Martha via text message, email, phone call, or in person that you need to cancel, reschedule, or would like to discontinue your sessions. See Cancellation + Reschedule + No Show Policy (below).
• Martha reserves the right to stop a session, cancel a session or discontinue regular weekly sessions at any time for any reason.
• If frequent cancellations, no-shows and responsiveness to communication about sessions become an issue, your sessions may be discontinued. Please be respectful of time.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your physical space is safe for your participation in class.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your equipment, including but not limited to Reformer, weights, and small props, are in safe working order.
• Make sure your camera is set up so Martha can clearly see you at all times throughout the class. Martha will email you information on how to effectively set up your camera and space.
• The instruction provided by Martha will be designed for your particular skill/ability level. Please let Martha know if you are not comfortable performing the instruction given.
• For a successful class your input is encouraged.
• All online classes are live and are not recorded.
• Please give Martha the physical address of where you are located. This information is required in case of an emergency.
• NP has a 12-hour cancellation and reschedule policy.
Any sessions cancelled, rescheduled or no shows within 12-hours of the scheduled session will incur the full session cost.
• What is a no show? Not attending a scheduled session within 15 mins after the session start time.
If you feel you may be late to your session, please notify Martha.
• There will not be a charge to you for cancellations and reschedules made more than 12-hours before the session.
Please arrive to your sessions on time and notify your Martha if you are running late.
2:1 cancellation + reschedule policy —
NP has a 12-hour cancellation and reschedule policy.
Late cancellations, late reschedules and no shows will incur the full session cost.
If one of the 2:1 clients cancels within 12-hours of the scheduled session, they will be charged the full price of the session. The other client will have the option of keeping the booked session.
If one of the 2:1 clients cancels more than 12-hours before the scheduled session, they will not be charged. The other client will have the option of keeping the booked session.
Late cancellations (within 12-hours of scheduled session time) from one or both of the clients will incur the full 2:1 session cost.
• Stop a session at any time.
• For health and safety considerations, clients may be required to provide medical clearance to participate in sessions. Martha reserves the right to refuse services to clients who do not provide the necessary medical clearance.
• Cancel a session or discontinue regular weekly sessions without prior notice.
• If frequent cancellations, no-shows and responsiveness to communication about sessions become an issue, your sessions may be discontinued. Please be respectful of time.
Please let Martha know at the beginning of your session if there is anything she needs to know about your body, such as, how you are feeling, if you are pregnant or if you are managing an injury. This allows her to best support your movement with options that feel good for you. If you have sustained an injury, please get it checked out by a relevant healthcare provider to ensure you have medical clearance before your session with Northland Pilates. Please select movement options that feel good for you in the moment. Martha will make suggestions for you so you feel empowered to choose what feels good for your body.
By making an inquiry or scheduling with NP, you agree to abide by these Training Expectations and consent to receiving Email and SMS communications from NP. NP will use Email and SMS to communicate with you for general correspondence, booking reminders, and to provide updates on studio news, offerings, and promotions.
The Waitlist is a place for NP to gather and keep information for when there is an opening in the schedule. The information needed is on the Inquiry/Contact Form.
When a session opens up, NP will review the Waitlist to see which client(s) best fits based on the availability. NP will then notify the person(s) via text or email and they will then have the opportunity to discuss and plan.
Please note that if multiple people fit the available time, they will all be notified and the first person to respond will get it.
