Northland Pilates Reformer Sessions

I will work with you, in-studio.

All sessions are booked on a monthly basis making scheduling easy and offering consistency and accountability.

Each 50 minute full body workout will not only work on what your personal long-term goals are but also what you are needing at your scheduled session time.  All sessions will be designed to improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, coordination and balance.

In studio.

I will work with You And A Pal, in-studio.

You must have your own reformer.  I will email you detailed information about setting up your space for the best viewing for the both of us.

2:1 Semi-Private Pilates Sessions - You And A Pal

Semi-private pilates sessions take place at Northland Pilates and are scheduled for you and a pal.

2:1 - one session per week

$45/ea

You and a Pal, 1 session per week, scheduled monthly

2:1 - two sessions per week

$75/ea

You and a Pal, 2 sessions per week, scheduled monthly

Live 1:1 Online Pilates Sessions - Just For You (no recordings)

Workout from the comfort of your own home using your own reformer. I will lead you through a Pilates workout virtually.

1 session per week
